I am a UK-based film producer and writer, the founder of New Stars Production, and also a founder of UKDA (United Korean Diaspora Association), website: www.koreandiaspora.uk
I work on stories of identity, history, and the Korean diaspora. Creating meaningful cinema is my passion.
I am Korean by my mother and European by my father. My family roots trace back to a Korean royal clan, with close involvement in Korean political life during the 1940s–1950s—a history that continues to shape my creative vision.
I began my career as an actress in 1997. Later, I married, became a mother of two, and stepped away from my profession to dedicate myself to family life. After divorce, I raised my children alone. Today, my children have grown and begun their own lives.
In my late 50s, I opened a new chapter of my life and returned to the creative world as a film producer. Drawing from personal experience and family history, I develop films that connect cultures, preserve untold stories, and speak to the audiences.

My journey in music began at the age of 12. By 18, I was actively performing in various pop and rock bands, gaining valuable experience as a musician and collaborator. During this time, I started writing my own songs and creating original musical arrangements.
With the emergence of digital recording technology, my focus naturally expanded into music production. I began recording and producing my own compositions as well as projects for other artists, working across songwriting, arrangement, and studio production.
Alongside music production, I also create music videos, bringing sound and visuals together to tell complete artistic stories. Working at the intersection of music and film allows me to support artists not only in shaping their sound, but also in building a strong visual identity.
My approach is rooted in creativity, technical skill, and a deep understanding of both audio and visual production — delivering cohesive, professional projects from concept to final release.
